Disadvantages of dehydration in human body

The body needs water to stay fresh and improve system performance and we are not drinking as much water as our body needs throughout the day.

We are completely unaware of whether our bodies are prone to dehydration.
In that regard, today we are going to tell you the common signs that indicate that your body is prone to dehydration.

Headache:
When our body suffers from dehydration, our brain partially shrinks due to lack of fluid, thus causing a slight pain in our head.
